Wilson Winter Lights held at the Wilson Botanical Gardens (1806 SW Goldsboro Street, 252-237- 0113) for the safety and enjoyment of our guests, has been cancelled for Friday, December 8, 2017. Due to the wet weather our ground fault electric receptacles tend to trip the circuit breakers and we want our visitors to enjoy ALL the lights! We will be up and running on Saturday (hopefully – check Facebook for details) and Sunday, December 9 and 10. Open 6 to 9 pm. Tickets $5 for Adults and 12 and under $3. We have also added Monday, December 11 from 6-9 pm and Santa will be waiting for all boys and girls to visit! Come see what everyone is talking about!

The Wilson Botanical Gardens (WBG) were designed to showcase the diversity of plant material that can be used in the home landscape, and to educate and entertain visitors with youth and adult programs. It includes an extensive tree collection, turf grass demonstration plots, perennial beds, and an exhibit of native plants.

Wilson Botanical Gardens shared their post.

Actually, I think we’re running it Monday night too to make up for the bad weather - unless I missed something.
